Privacy policy

Transfer License:

- If you are printing/selling transfers of any kind, vinyl fabric, stickers, waterslide/decals you must purchase our license.

- All designs license is for all designs for the life of the business at the cost of $50 one time fee.

- No license is needed for finished apparel and finished tumblers.

- If you do not hold our license you CANNOT print and sell transfers etc.

- I am currently not offering an individual design license. It's 1 time $50 and you will go on the approved vendor list. Vendor list is updated regularly. 

Sharing & Dump Groups:

- If we catch you sharing in any dump groups you will be immediately removed from the group and banned from our website.

- If we see any stolen designs on your website as finished products you will be removed immediately

Custom Designs:

I want to continue offering these for you because I know that kind of stuff is hard to find; however, unless it is a design that I have posted otherwise (a design that I have posted and are available to custom color changes), - ALL custom designs will now have a base price of $7. This is the “hey can you make this?” requests that I spend lots of time on, but only sell once. 

Watermarking Mock-ups:

 Watermarking or overlapping your logo through the designs is required, EVEN ON MOCKUPS.

It doesn't have to be very bold - you can turn down the opacity when you watermark on top so you can make out the image.  EVEN when you're posting in other groups please do this!! There are lots of people who will clip the image directly from the shirt and then it ends up in dump groups. Recently, I have seen my stolen designs in dump groups, and they are always of a mockup shirt they screenshot and cropped. This will not only help me from people stealing my designs, but ALSO help you by keeping the designs more exclusive to your shop as well. Just know.. That if you’re currently posting mockups without a watermark over the design, someone is screenshotting it.
